Nichole de Carle

CEO & Founder

With over a decade of experience, and as a leader within the British bodywear industry, Nichole founded London Contour Experts with the ambition to bolster growth, provide design support, and offer sustainable manufacturing solutions for both new and established brands. By applying her expertise, Nichole has helped shape and support brands such as Arabella London, Playboy, Fiorucci, LASCVS and Perfect Moment.

An integral member of the brand development process, Nichole is passionate about building meaningful client relationships by truly understanding their business goals – and providing strong mentorship in areas of their concern. Alongside her many business ventures, Nichole also takes the time to teach both design and business courses at the University of Arts London. Her courses focus specifically on lingerie, swimwear and activewear. She also lectures on her experience of entrepreneurship, encouraging young designers to start their enterprises.

Tony Ka Yiu Wang

Managing Director

With a background in pattern-cutting and grading, coupled with business acumen, Tony knows the business inside and out. As Managing Director, Tony ensures that our day-to-day operational processes run smoothly, which provides London Contour Experts with the strong foundations required for daily success and growth. He is responsible for coordinating complex administrative tasks, providing multiple teams with sharp problem-solving solutions, and fixing any IT emergencies like a true gentleman. Tony leads the team over at Bodywear Lab as well as being a key member of the London Contour Experts Group.

Justyna Kolodziej

Personal Assistant

Justyna is so much more than just Nichole’s Personal Assistant. She ensures that everyone at London Contour Experts knows where they need to be and at what time, so that our daily operations run smoothly. There isn’t any part of the company that Justyna is not privy to; she manages our client database, oversees all of our recruitment procedures, and she stocks everything in our offices – from coffee to thread to keep us going.

Ernie De Carle

Head Of Treats

Ernie is the manager of belly rubs and head scratches and is responsible for maintaining morale within the London Contour Experts Group. Despite the fact that he can often be found snoozing in meetings, he motivates the team to always take on an optimistic approach, and his mere presence is enough to motivate the team – in between games of fetch.

Krystyna Kopczynska

Accounts Director

A pro with numbers, stats, and figures, Krystyna is our account director. Krystyna is responsible for making sure the daily operation of London Contour Experts can occur efficiently, handling all of our bookkeeping, account management, and payroll. She also creates cash flow forecasts so we can effectively track the progression of all projects throughout the business, and keeps our clients on track with their growth aspirations.

Harriet Matthews

Marketing Director

Harriet is the Marketing Director of the London Contour Experts Group, managing the critical growth of all three companies, whilst working with the HYSCULPT team to create impactful campaigns and strategies for our clients.

The queen of multitasking, Harriet supports brands throughout their branding journey, and supplies brand owners with digestible data that will improve their business and visibility within the market. She understands how to make an impact on any social media platform, and creates in-depth content that truly resonates with consumers in a meaningful way.

Our creative marketing team consists of our fabulous marketing director, lead graphic designer, head copywriter and PR manager. They help our clients create clear and cohesive branding, marketing strategies and spectacular PR events to ensure their brands stand out from the crowd, and capture their target consumer.

BodyWear Lab TEAM

Our in-house team of expert designers, machinists, and garment, pattern and grading technicians specialise in the contour industry. Working collaboratively, they ensure our clients’ samples and collections are nothing short of perfect – and make design dreams a reality.
